Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of all guests to read the following information. Where one person is booking on behalf of a group we ask that this information is passed on to all members of the group. Payment of your deposit is considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Access to the farm 

Access to the farm is via a shared private road. In order to minimise any disruption to our neighbours we restrict access to the farm after 10pm and before 8am. Please plan your stay with this in mind as there will be no vehicle access outside of these times. Please do not park on the shared road or outside neighbouring houses. Please keep your speed at 5mph and noise in the evenings to a minimum. PLEASE CONTACT US IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY

Cancellations 

  Once your deposit and or full payment is made we will not be able to refund your money should you choose to cancel. We will be happy to offer alternative dates if possible and if we are able to sell your initial dates, up to 14 days before arrival. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR STAY.

The Great British Weather! 

We are all at the mercy of the Great British Weather. Please bring any additional blankets or clothing that you may need. Whilst we try to be as glamorous as possible, please remember that this is still camping! Please wear suitable shoes or boots. This is not the time for heels Ladies, or white shoes! In wet weather you may need to park and walk to your tents. In wet conditions our farm tracks may become slippery.We do not refund due to wet weather or charge for sunshine.

In extreme weather The Apple Farm reserves the right to close the venue. No refund will be given if the site is unable to open due to extreme weather and if we feel the venue has become unsafe but alternative dates will be offered for your payment to be set against. 

Car Parking and unloading 

In dry weather you will be able to drive to your tent to unload your belongings. We then ask you to leave your car in the carpark. Please note that you drive your cars into the orchards at your own risk. If you would prefer not to please let us know. 

Evenings 

We hope that you will be sitting around your fire pit and enjoying a glass of wine or two! We do not want to give anyone a bedtime! We only ask you respect any other guests on site and keep the noise down later in the evenings. Please bring a torch and carry this at night as not all areas have lighting

Group bookings. 

We like to be able to welcome everyone to The Apple Farm, however we also strive to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. 

We are happy to accept adult groups, however we may ask that you book the site exclusively. We ask that you let us know at the time of booking. We accept a maximum of 2 cars per tent. We are close to train stations for those travelling from further afield. Overnight parking is also available very close to the farm.

If you are planning a late evening out in the local area then we are probably not the best location for you to choose. There is a long farm drive and taxi companies will not drive you in! 

We will always try to be as flexible as possible, whilst ensuring that everyone enjoys their stay. Please contact us with any questions or requests.
